Under the “Freedom Plan”, what happens to my insurance if there are insufficient funds in my checking or savings account?
A. We will make two (2) attempts to withdraw funds from your account, two (2) days apart. If on the second try there are still insufficient funds, you will receive a letter of cancellation and you will be billed for the minimum amount due to reactivate your insurance. As a result, your EFT program will terminate and you will then be set up on a quarterly direct billed basis.
