Under the Family Class, who can be included in the Sponsored persons application for a Canadian Immigrant Visa?
Under the Family Class, the following individuals can be included in the Sponsored person’s application for a Canadian Immigrant Visa: the spouse, common-law or conjugal partner of the Sponsored person; the dependent children of the Sponsored person; the dependent children of the Sponsored person’s spouse, common-law or conjugal partner; the dependent children of the Sponsored person’s dependent children; the dependent children of the Sponsored person’s spouse, common-law or conjugal partner’s children;
