Under the data element for Number of Jobs, do I report the combined number of jobs created and jobs retained?

Yes. (12/18/2009) To combine the number of created and retained jobs, simply combine the total number of hours worked that are funded by the Recovery Act in the most recent calendar quarter (the quarter being reported) and follow the instructions in FAQ #15 below.
