Under Mac 10.2, Apple System Profiler crashes when MediaBank MT is connected and running. Is there a solution?

We are currently investigation this issue. Normal operation of the drive(s) is not affected under OS X 10.2. This Apple System Profiler error will not occur with MediaBank MT-R.
