Under Building Utility, what sort of “loading area” is required?

The building program calls for multi purpose space for exhibition, reception and meeting purposes. It’s anticipated that there will be some need associated with those functions for “loading” purposes. This is a design solution that we can not answer. Each entrant will have to show how their solutions best meet the program requirements for the building. However, it is not anticipated that dock equipment and elevated docks/loading platforms are required. “Are there any tenants for the building identified yet?” We can not confirm any “signed” tenants at this time. The vision statement talks about the desire we have to house administrative staff for collateral design and construction related associations in North Carolina. To date we have met with at least four of those groups. There is expressed interest from all to share our vision.
