Under 18 AAC 72, my permitted discharge volume places me in a different fee group then what I was invoiced for. How do I correct this and be placed into the correct fee group?
Your invoice may have been issued in error. Please contact or Maria Picon-Gomez at (907) 269-3059 or email: maria.picon-gomez@alaska.gov. Provide her with the permit number and invoice number and she will research the issue. If you were billed for the wrong amount, we will credit the amount over or refund the overage if you have already paid.
