Unable to Create or Delete Calendars from Lightning?

Calendars cannot be created from or permanently deleted from Lightning. Any creation or deletion must be performed directly through Communications Express – Calendar. Lightning is an add-on application that allows a user to view/modify existing calendar accounts, but not create new calendars.
