If you can, upgrade, as this does not seem to be a problem with current versions of Mo’Slo. In older versions this seems to be related to the use of the mouse. With Mo’Slo Deluxe or 4BIZ, use quickload and do not begin slowdown until after the gameplay begins, and use slowdown method 2.
