1: You will NOT need a new card 2: Banks will NOT give out the same pin and will NOT give it out over the phone. 3: You need to contact your bank by either phone or in person and they will send BY POST a NEW pin number which may take a few days. You will need to give them security details such as confirming secret questions or answers, address, date of birth etc if by phone and if in person juts take the card, ID and yourself. They may still ask to confirm some details. In the mean time if you need cash you can walk into any branch with ID like a passport and withdraw money out from the counter. Some people seem to be a bit confused as to what banks actually do in regards to pin numbers.
