Uk independence party and the BNP, what do you think about them?
The BNP and UKIP have got no chance of rising to power – the BNP used to be called the National Front and had a minor increase in popularity around the time of the Callaghan era and early Thatcher years – everybody was up in arms about it, they got front page headlines and all, yet come the election, they fell flat on their faces. Same will happen next May. Oh and as for being isolated from a free market europe – Finland does very well for itself for a non EC country. The UKIP might just get a seat or two if they are exceptionally fortunate, but to tar them with the same brush as the BNP is somewhat unkind – their main beef is with how inefficient Brussels is at spending our money and mucking about with our sovereignty and such like – harmless compared to the BNP!
The BNP in particular is a disgusting group of people that prey on the ignorance and fear in society. It preaches lies; its leaders are proven criminals; its policies are racist, xenophobic and impractical; it was founded by a self-confessed neo-nazi; it has links to pseudo-terrorist organisations guilty of mass violence and intimidation; it is now trying to put on an ‘acceptable face’ onto its low ideals but will never gain credibility; if its ideas were realised then our country would grind to a halt and become the pariah of the world. I support their right to stand, but also everyone elses right to know the truth about this species of scum.
