The two areas you are referring to are the attachments at “Header-level” and at “Line-level”. Please use the “Header-level” attachments only and disregard the possibility of adding Line-level attachments. The Header-level attachments are located under the Note to Buyer. You can access them by clicking on the “Attach Quote Documents” link. Do not use the “Add Attachments” link located below in the “RFQ Items” section.
