Please check the following location: Outlook 2007:Help -> About Microsoft Outlook -> Disabled Items Outlook 2003 or earlier: Help -> About Microsoft Outlook -> Disabled Items If you see TwInbox on that list, select it and click Enable. Then restart Outlook.
