TUPE – how will the process work?
Staff TUPED into Hampshire will be deployed across the three branches of Children’s Services. Once proposals have been approved work will be undertaken to clarify which staff within Children’s Services are also affected. This will lead to a process matching and slotting or appointing staff to particular roles. The workforce development group, one of the working groups underpinning the Project Board are preparing for this.
