TT3 cannot display the chart for a data file I download or converted. Whats wrong?
A. The possible problems are that: 1. The data file is not in the right format, please see conversion instruction above. 2. The data file does not have data. This may be due to busy internet traffic or busy server that leads to a time out. please download again. 3. Download of data is incomplete, please download again.
