TRX Scooter – What the Heck is a “Personal Transporter” Anyway?
The TRX scooter is known as a “personal transporter”, which to me sounded like a vehicle from “Star Wars”. However, we discovered one when we were shopping online for an electric scooter. Living in a small retirement community, we felt like an alternative form of transportation to our car would be helpful. So far, we have made several discoveries about the TRX Personal Transporter scooter. First of all, we noticed right away that it is a 3 wheel electric scooter. After doing some additional research, we discovered that the 3 wheels provide additional stability over the traditional 2 wheels. Being senior citizens, stability is quite important to us. It also has an amazingly tight turning radius, which is helpful for maneuvering in tight spaces.
