The Highway Division will make an inspection and if it is determined the damage was a result of plowing/sanding operations, repairs will be scheduled as soon as possible. In some cases, only temporary repairs can be make until weather conditions permit permanent repairs to be completed. The Town is not responsible for damage to plantings, irrigation systems, or fences placed within the road layout, or roughly within 810 feet of the pavement. 17. My road was never plowed, sanded, etc! An immediate inquiry will be made and the driver contacted. If for any reason the road is not scheduled for this service, an explanation will be given.
