When booking with Travelodge they become the re-seller and should issue you with a voucher code to access our service. This should be delivered with your confirmation receipt and also is available within your online account@travelodge.co.uk (this is free access via the Spectrum signal) Spectrum hold no information regarding your purchase with Travelodge as it is a sole transaction between yourself and Travelodge.
