Travel to Cuba, who is permitted to go?

The Cuban people have little or no access to many of the products that crowd the shelves of our markets and pharmacies, products that most Americans would be happy to share, if given the opportunity. In fact, the opportunity does exist. Ya’lla Tours USA is the only wholesale tour operator that is a licensed Travel Service Provider to Cuba. As such, the company regularly organizes and services licensed groups to Cuba carrying donation goods to distribute around the country.
