The C&A package should be delivered to the COTR and ITSSO for review. The Government will work closely with the Contractor to put together an accurate and robust package. Additional guidance can be provided for specific questions. The Government cannot speculate to the potential offer. Security is an important aspect of this acquistion. The system must be complaint with C.5.5. There are no specific funding allocations. Available funding should be used to optimize the System Life Throughput of a given workstream.
