TRAKiT has a unique “workflow” feature. How does this help verify that all conditions for the specific permit being requested have been met?
A. Our routing, or workflow, feature serves as such a checklist for this purpose. The checklist can consist of a variety of activities including, reviews and signoffs, that need to occur prior to the approval or issuance of a permit. Agency staff can easily access, or modify if they have proper security access, the checklist to determine the status of an application or permit. Back to top Q. Does TRAKiT prevent issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy until all documentation is complete, sign-off completed, all holds released, all conditions met, all citations resolved, and verification asserted by responsible parties? A. Yes. Our system is designed with a ‘hold placing’ feature that allows authorized staff to place a hold on the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy. Our system prevents the issuance of final approval of occupancy permit issuance until all conditions or activities have been met. Back to top Q.
