Trade fair rates and validity?
For some trade fairs, the rates may be above rack rates. Certain periods e.g. Christmas in some cities, these are not strictly trade fairs but it is possible that during these periods our rates may be close to rack and should be treated in the same way as trade fairs. Hotel rates and cancellation policy may be different and extreme during the period of trade fair or event. We will advise full details at the time of booking confirmation. When a reservation request is made for a trade fair period, we will confirm the reservation of the rooms with a reconfirmation of cancellation deadline date. If you reconfirm your request, you will be totally committed for all nights reserved and no refunds will be given. Cancellations cannot be accepted after we have received your reconfirmation.
