Verify that you are running on the model and serial as indicated in the authorization code statement. DO NOT modify or rearrange any information as provided on the CA supplied authorization code, if there is an incorrect value in the key provided, please contact TLC to have it corrected. However, do make sure that the ‘OPT=(.,..)’ statement is all on one line regardless of how it appears in the document sent by the TLC group, as it may have been truncated or word-wrapped when sent.
