Toyota car parts compatible with Lexus and vice versa?
Was just arguing with a buddy he thinks that many Lexus vehicles are the same as Toyota vehicles like Camary and Avalon. I know they have their similarities but he thinks that you can just swap out head lights, tail lights, and engines and with perfect fittment. Is this true? Thanks in advance! A: Some parts are interchangeable between the two makes. The Lexus RX 300 and ES 300 were both based on the Camary platform.
