Torrent Question! Why is downloadspeed slower (48) than upload speed (76)?
The upload speed is faster than download speed because the traffic of downloads is more than traffic of uploads. There r thousands of people downloading the same content at the same time but only one person will upload a particular thing. Moreover the no. of people that upload contents are less as compared to the no. of people that download (who wastes time on sharing what u already have). Another reason is that some websites dont allow better download speeds than uploads to people as their upload ratio compared to download is less. you get better downloads when u upload equaly the same amount.
