In order to add your eligible dependents to your medical and/or dental coverage, you must proceed to “Step 2-Benefit Selection” and follow these easy steps: • Click on “select new enrollment” • Select desired medical plan, click on “select plan” • Once in the “medical screen”, select the appropriate “coverage category” • Click on the box next to the dependent(s) you wish to enroll in your plan • Click the “submit” button These steps must also be repeated when adding your dependent(s) to your dental plan.
