Yes, with Windows Mobile 6 you no longer need “My E-mail” and “Corporate My E-mail” settings to manage your e-mail accounts. You will lose any “My E-Mail” and “Corporate My E-mail” settings saved to the phone. After upgrading to Windows Mobile 6, you should also remove any “My E-Mail” and “Corporate My E-Mail” settings from MyT-Mobile.com.
