You may add a dependent to the “Dependent Information” screen by clicking “Step 1-Dependent Information”, click on the “add record” button and complete all required information about your dependent. Keep in mind that adding dependents to the “Dependent Information” screen DOES NOT add them to your medical and/or dental coverage; please refer to subsequent questions for additional information.
