TopHow can I return an order?
To return an order, go to the “My Orders” section of the website and enter the order number and the email address used to make that order. The system will show you the details of the order and the “return” option. Click on this option, select the model(s) that you wish to return and select the “reason for return”. In order to return an item, the following conditions must be met: : .- The item(s) must not be used. – All items must be packaged in the same way in which they were received. If you no longer have the original packaging, you must replace it with packaging of a similar size and capacity. – The items must reach us before the 30-day period following receipt of the order has elapsed. If all of these conditions are met, Camper will refund you the cost of the goods minus the initial delivery costs, unless the order is being returned due to manufacturing or quality defects for which Camper is responsible.
