TopHow can I cancel my order if I decide that I do not want it?
You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. Please remember that orders are dispatched on the first working day after the order has been placed. To cancel an order, go to the “My Orders” section of the website and enter the order number and the email address used to make that order. The system will show you the details of the order and, if you can see the “cancel” option, click on it to cancel the order. If you cannot see this option, your order has already been dispatched and you therefore cannot cancel it. Once you have cancelled the order you will receive an email confirming the cancellation. You can also contact our Customer Service Department to cancel your order, as long as the order has not already been sent. If the order has already left our warehouse, you will not be able to cancel it, but you will be able to return the order once you have received it.
