• The graduations office cannot guarantee your place in a ceremony if you fail to return your form by the due date. • If you want to attend a ceremony, articulate or defer, contact the graduations office immediately to discuss your graduation options. • If you don’t want to attend the ceremony (graduate ‘in absentia’), send in your form as soon as possible. There is no need to contact the graduations office in this case.
