Yes. The student may study one year at a Commonwealth Campus. Students should conform their program of study to the AE Curriculum. At the end of the first year, Commonwealth Campus students are subjected to the same criteria as University Park students in the Entrance to the Major process. • Students must complete all four courses with a C or better (Math 140, Math 141, Chem 12 and Phys 211). • Students must have a GPA of 3.0 or greater. • Students must indicate in the spring of their second semester they prefer AE on the preference form that will be emailed to them. • They will be told in June of their status • If they chose to accept, they must then come to UP for Fall semester. Please note that students do not receive confirmation of their ENGAE status until early summer. Acceptance into the AE program necessitates that the student matriculate at University Park starting the second year. Commonwealth Campus students must make appropriate contingent housing plans for the Fall Semeste
