The complete procedure for submitting a research proposal is outlined in the Annual Call for Proposals posted on the Agency website. The complete proposal, together with any supporting documents, such as letter(s) confirming a partnership with another organization with respect to the project described in the proposal, are received at the Agency by 4:00 p.m. on the due date indicated in the Call for Proposals.
