Top of page May I request delivery on a certain date and time?
Requests for specific dates and times are accommodated on a best efforts basis. Upon checking out your order, you may indicate your preferred delivery date by choosing the date from the popup calendar when you select Specify Date. Please note specific product lead times to ensure that your gift will be available on the date you prefer. This means that you can place your order ahead of time and we will deliver it on your preferred delivery date! Kindly note, however, that only underlined dates are available for delivery. We do not deliver on Sundays (except for some special occasions) and local public holidays. Regular delivery hours are from 10am-5pm from Monday to Saturday. We regret we cannot commit to specific delivery times for provincial deliveries as delivery times outside Metro Manila would depend largely on our courier’s local branch routing schedule.
