Candidates will be placed in groups of up to ten, along with one to two Oakland City Teacher Corps interviewers. An Interview Event consists of both a group session and an individual interview. Each candidate will be asked to participate in a group discussion, write about a specific educational scenario, and engage in a one-on-one interview with a program interviewer. More information about the Interview Event will be provided in advance.
