Top 5.What are the side effects of NovoSeven®?
NovoSeven® is very well tolerated. Experience with NovoSeven® in several thousand patients has shown that it is effective in the majority of cases (more than 90%), and that the number of serious adverse events associated with the use of NovoSeven® is very low. However, precautions should be taken and appropriate observation should be used when treating elderly people with NovoSeven®, since there may be a small risk (less than 1%) of thrombosis development in this patient category. The most common side effects associated with the use of NovoSeven® are minor events, such as pain at the site of infusion, fever, headache, vomiting, changes in the blood pressure and skin-related hypersensitivity reactions.
