Top 21. What Else Will Be Decided at the Fairness Hearing?
At the Fairness Hearing, Class Counsel will ask the Court to award them attorneys’ fees and costs, as described in Question 14 above. The Court will consider whether and how much to pay Class Counsel. Also, the Court will consider whether to make a special incentive award to Plaintiff for her representation and efforts on behalf of the Settlement Class.
