Yes, but you must file a Claim Form of each affected computer you would like to claim. You will have to also provide the necessary documentation with each of the Claim Forms that you file, because each Claim Form will be treated individually. Failure to do so may result in the denial of your claim. The deadline for filing your claim online or postmarking your claim form was March 14, 2011.
