Class Counsel will ask the Court to approve an award of attorneys’ fees and costs in a total amount not to exceed $1,500,000 for their work on behalf of you and other Class Members. Maytag will not oppose an award of fees and costs up to $190,000, but will oppose Class Counsel’s request for more than $190,000. The Court may approve less than the requested amount. The attorneys’ fees and costs will be paid by Maytag and will not reduce the amount of money available to pay Class Members’ claims. Maytag also will pay the costs to notify the Class of the settlement and to administer the settlement. These costs will not reduce the amount of money available to pay Class Members’ claims.
