We canít associate tofu with different types of cheeses we already know because those has an animal origin. Tofu is a total vegetal product. They resemble is in a similar process, it begins with soya milk (that is not milk) and under certain conditions is produced a flocculation and cottage cheese situation similar to the one is performed by real milk industry.
