To where/who should I turn in my childs Athletic Participation Forms once they are complete?

Forms should be turned in to the Athletic Trainer (office located in the Wendell Center). You may also turn them in to Mary Beshere in the Main Office of the Science and Technology Building. If you are mailing you forms to school, please be sure to send to ATTN: Kim Scharf, Athletic Trainer.
