To what standard must the PRSR assess the property’s contamination?

0

The PRSR may assess the property to implement one of the risk management option levels that is compatible with the projected land use. FAC 62-780.600(3)(a)(2), 62-780.600(5)(c)(1). However, this does not affect the type of assessment that must be done on the property. The PRSR must comply with the requirements of 62-780.600. The assessments are done to compare the samples to the CTLs which may be used in turn to suggest a remedial action plan that the district may approve or reject.
