To what extent does an application extend to all satellite or extension campuses within their system?
It is up to the applicant to determine which sites the application will cover. If services under the grant are to be provided to satellite or extension campuses, then the applicant needs to account for those extension campuses in their project and management plans. In addition, a complete set of partner agreements must be submitted for each participating site that will be receiving EMHE services. Whether an applicant wishes to broaden the project to include multiple or all sites within their system, or to focus just on the main campus is an applicant decision.
