In addition to being able to formalise IT skills using standardised technology packages, covering areas including word processing and databases, ITQ also recognises bespoke software. This means that if an organisation runs its own IT programme or system for managing things like client data, logistics or statistics, training on these packages can also be incorporated into the qualification.
