to the sump as opposed to perpendicular?
is connected to the sump with completely straight plumbing directly into the pump, whereas by perpendicular I mean having a short piece of pipe exit the sump, hit a 45 degree angle and then hit the pump (you probably gathered this without my elaboration on “parallel and perpendicular”;)). I would like the to do the later for space saving purposes.
