This kind of uncontrolled, open invitation may get you into trouble when more people attend your wedding than you planned (for instance, people from other departments may see the invitation and think they’re invited, too). And once you’ve invited everyone, you cannot retract. To be proper (and to maintain control over your guest list), each co-worker invited should receive a wedding invitation. You may send the invitations to their home addresses through the mail, or you may hand-deliver the invitations during a break at work.
