On streets that are meant to carry a lot of traffic, parking is restricted to accommodate morning traffic (6:00 to 9:00 am) or evening traffic (4:00 to 6:00 pm). Restricted hours are clearly noted on the face graphic on the pay stations, and on signs along the curb.
