Next, I would find out their application requirements online (most schools have an “international student” site) with information about TOEFL requirement, application procedures, etc… If you meet those requirements, I would then contact someone in the international admissions office and ask them what their requirement is for High School grades (there is often a formula for translating Taiwan grades to the American grading system).
