tipping valco matrix pram with toddler seat attached, has anyone else experienced this?
Hi I’m having trouble with a valco matrix pram i bought. When the toddler seat is attached and my 2yr old sits in it, it will tip over if he even moves a little bit. Previously i returned it to where it was bought, they phoned the supplier who gave some instructions that would stop it from tipping, none of which worked. They then went on to say that’s how the pram is and it’s my responsibility to have one hand on it at all times. So it’s been sitting in my roof space for 6mths. Today i got sick of it sitting there and decided to phone valco myself, i got the same response and was told I had to have one on the pram even when taking things off shop shelves, putting kids in and out of the car and eating- impossible. Eventually i told them if they wont resolve the problem i could find someone else who would, like fair trading or a local current affairs show. So the promptly suggested that I should take it to the store it was bought at and get them to contact the people I spoke to and send
