Tiny Olive dishes are freshly made so why are they supplied frozen?
At the conception of Tiny Olive, we planned to supply dishes chilled. However, we soon learned that the best way to retain nutrients in a freshly made meal that is not to be eaten immediately is to freeze it because frozen food doesnt deteriorate. Chilled food kept in a refrigerator for even just a day has already begun to lose nutrients and taste but it keeps as fresh as when it was just made when it is freshly frozen.
