Please complete the form that starts with “I am pleased to accept your offer of admission …”, sign, date, attach a recent photo, scan the completed form and email as an attachment to the ECE Graduate Office with Subject: Response to GT-Shanghai admission, GTID xxxxxxxxx (include your GTID). Afterwards, send the original letter to Atlanta by air mail.
